A 59 Year old female patient with a known case of Right breast carcinoma. Her present hematological parameters are within normal limits .Now admitted for 2nd AC chemotherapy cycle
Examination Findings:
Height- 151, Weight- 70, BSA- 1.71, Temperature- Afebrile , BP- 146/86 mmHg, Pulse rate -83/min, SPO2- 99%, CVS - S1S2 Normal, CNS-Conscious, RS- Clear

Haemoglobin-10.7, WBC-3770, Platelets-353000, SGPT-21.1, SGOT-22.3, Sr Creatinine-0.69, Albumin-3.88

The patient has Diabetes And Hypertension. Tingling sensation in fingures
Treatment Given while admitted:
Inj.Graniset 1mg +Inj.Dexa 8mg in 100ml NS D1 Cap.Aprecap 125mg PO –DAY1 Tab.Famotidine 20mg PO–DAY1 Inj. Doxorubicin 100 mg in 500ml Ns over 30 mins on DAY1 Inj. Cyclophosphamide 1000 mg in 250ml NS over 30 mins on– DAY1

Preventive Aspects:
High Protein Diet No Sugar Diet. Avoid outside or junk food . Eat freshly prepared food . Avoid visiting crowded places. General Hygiene. Patients was advised and referred to Tata Hospital for financial constraints
